Welcome to Amvale Medical Transport. These Terms of Trading (referred to as “Terms”) govern all transactions for the purchase of products and services (collectively referred to as “Services”) available on our website, https://amvalemedical.co.uk (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms apply to all purchases made through the Site. By ordering Services, you agree to these Terms, which form a binding legal agreement between you and us. Any amendments to these Terms require our explicit written consent.

2. Ordering
2.1 To place an order, select the Service(s) you wish to purchase and follow the on-screen instructions. You will have the opportunity to review and amend your order before confirming it by clicking the “Place Order” button at checkout.
2.2 All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason and will not be liable in such circumstances.
2.3 Once your order is submitted, you will receive an acknowledgment email detailing your order reference and the Services purchased. A binding contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order. If we cannot accept your order, you will be notified.
2.4 If any Service is unavailable, we will contact you to offer options, including waiting for stock availability or cancelling the order.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices listed on the Site are in GBP (£), exclusive of VAT and shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout based on your chosen shipping method.

3.3 Full payment is required at the time of order placement.
3.4 If an incorrect price is displayed due to an error, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price. If not, we will cancel the order. Unless dispatch has been confirmed, we are not obligated to supply Services at the incorrect price.
4. Delivery
4.1 We strive to deliver Services promptly following acceptance of your order, subject to availability.
4.2 Deliveries will be made to the address specified at checkout.
4.3 While we aim to deliver within estimated timeframes, delivery times are not guaranteed and may require a signature upon receipt.
4.4 Once delivered, ownership and responsibility for the Services transfer to you. We accept no liability for loss, damage, or destruction of Services after delivery, except in cases of damage or fault identified at the time of delivery.
5. Cancellations and Returns
5.1 You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Services, except as outlined in Clause 5.4.
5.2 To cancel your order, notify us with your name, address, and order reference, or return the Services as per the return process outlined below.
5.3 Upon cancellation, we will refund all payments, including standard shipping costs. Refunds will be processed using your original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold refunds until the returned items are received or evidence of their return is provided.
5.4 Exceptions: You cannot cancel orders for:
- Unsealed audio/visual recordings or software.
- Perishable items or items unsealed for hygiene purposes.
- Customised or personalised items.
- Digital content downloaded or streamed.
- Services inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
5.5 Returns should be securely packaged and include the returns note and label provided with your order. We recommend using tracked or insured shipping to ensure safe return.
5.6 Your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.
6. Faulty Services
6.1 If a Service is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please contact us to arrange a return. We may offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
6.2 This policy does not affect your legal rights.
